Michael J. Gervasio Joins PropertyTract as Director of Sales
TractManager Continues to Expand PropertyTract Division
SADDLE BROOK, N.J. (November 18, 2008) – PropertyTract, a leading contract and document management real estate service provider, announced that Michael J. Gervasio has joined the firm as director of sales. PropertyTract is a division of TractManager, Inc., a national Internet-based technology firm specializing in secure, real-time access to customized and centralized contract and document database systems.
Gervasio brings a diversified background in real estate and technology, including most recently serving as an associate in the real estate financial services division of The Schonbraun McCann Group, an FTI consulting company in New York City. He previously worked for CB Richard Ellis Real Estate Services in Saddle Brook, N.J., as an associate in the commercial real estate brokerage division. He has also worked for JDA Development as the director of leasing and operations.
Gervasio’s role at PropertyTract will be to market PropertyTract’s services to leasing administrators, asset managers and property managers as well as to the legal and finance departments of real estate organization. He will also be a key contact with the commercial and residential rental real estate companies for PropertyTract’s services in the company’s continuous effort to expand its clientele.

Gervasio is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in communications.
