How are contracts entered into PropertyTract? |
| A: |
Clients, with assistance from PropertyTract personnel, begin the process by collecting all contracts of the
organization. Once contracts are collected, PropertyTract sends
professionals on-site to enter the documents in using an
electronic format. Once scanned to our servers, summary pages
are developed for each contract. Upon completion of contracts
and summary pages being placed on PropertyTract, the system is
ready for use. |

Can other documents be placed on the
PropertyTract system? |

Yes. Although PropertyTract was designed for contract management, our clients have found
other uses for the system such as installing: policies and
