PropertyTract is a division of TractManager, Inc. PropertyTract was established by real estate executives who have an in-depth knowledge of property management as well as the sale and acquisition of property portfolios. With this experience, we help our clients achieve a higher rate of return by building more effective due diligence databases, improving building maintenance contracts through cost comparison and vendor consolidation, better administering of leases through quick access to any lease provision, and by easy access to asset management reports.

TractManager's executive offices are located in Saddle Brook, NJ, and the company maintains an operations center in Chattanooga, TN.
