Lease Type Search
PropertyTract provides an easy way to search the database by lease type.

Critical Dates
Critical Dates tab allows the user to input the dates of important events. The appropriate person will receive an email notification of the event, as well as a direct link to the file.

Contracts by Building
A user can obtain a list of contracts by building.

Action List
The Action List displays a list of all expired contracts.

Custom Report Writer
A user can write an expense or revenue report illustrating the financial obligations contained in the contracts to which the user has access.

My TractManager
